Is your LED screen FUZZY?

Is your LED screen FUZZY?

If your LED screen is displaying a fuzzy / blurry image then this is unusual.
It is usually due to a cable issue between your PC and your Sender Box (or Video Processor).
This mainly happens to systems that are plugged in and unplugged EVERY week.

1. Reseat the cable, if no change...
2. Unplug the cable at both ends and plug them in again, nice and firm. if no change...
3. If either end is a screw-in type DVI plug then assure that it is screwed in fully. If no change...
4. Has the cable been damaged (pinched). Try replacing. If no change...
5. Has someone replaced the normal cable with a longer cable? ie. 5m or 10m. If so, then change back. Then call Solid to discuss options.

If none of the above fixes the issue then call Solid on 03 9708 2992 to discuss.

Your computer HDMI port could be damaged. Plugging in any other PC is a way to test this, ie. a non-pink image should appear.
