Is your scoreboard image misaligned

Is your scoreboard image misaligned?

Is your scoreboard image misaligned or not fitting?

This example is too low (with a black section at the top).
Here are the things to check:
  1. Locate the video processor or sender box and power cycle it. Usually located in the scorer's room/club's office
  2. Make sure that the resolutions have not been changed by mistake.
  3. Proceed on checking the display settings in the scorer's PC if the above steps didn't work
    1. Go to "Settings" then "Systems" (typical way) or you can right click on the open desktop then click on "Display Settings"
    2. Click on "Display" (at this point this is what you will see if the misalignment is the top section)

    3. Drag the display in question to align - then Save

       Correct.
  4. If the issue persists, please call Solid Support 03 9708 2992
