My scoreboard's black but I turned it on! (using the Remote-App)
If your Solid scoreboard isn't displaying anything but you have powered it on, then someone may have set the screen to black in the remote app webpage. This option is a convenient way to 'turn off' your scoreboard, without going through the process of having to power it off & on each time you want to use it.
Turning the screen ON from black is easy, and the first thing to try for any black screens.
Sign in to your remote app on: www.solidcontrol.com.au, navigate to settings and at the bottom you will find a section where you can input codes.
Select "Screen On - from Black" and hit send, if this doesn't immediately work then try sending it again.
