No PlayHQ score data landing on your Scoreboard? TRY THIS...

This following remedy is so common that we have separated it from the full list of PlayHQ/scoreboard fixes.

  1. No PlayHQ scores appearing on your scoreboard? (or Frogbox)
  2. You've already gone to www.playhq.com and checked your game online?
    1. The scores online are also NOT updating
  3. What device is the "Scorer" using? Laptop, tablet, phone?
    1. On that device you need to reset the internet connection!
      Even if the internet is already connected.
Follow these easy steps
  1. Turn OFF the wifi 
    1. You CAN still score offline. You will NOT lose your scores doing this.
    2. To double-check. We are talking about the Scorer's device. NOT the scoreboard PC.
  2. Wait about 10 seconds
  3. Turn ON the wifi again
  4. Cross your fingers
    (after your scorer presses another score or two, you should see some updating)
    1. Call Solid on 03 9708 2992 if you have no luck
      We can login to your scoreboard PC and diagnose further.
