SOLID'S TOP 2 RULES
These are THE MOST IMPORTANT TIPS we can give you, following these two will help you keep your scoreboard working smoothly throughout the season.

Number 1: TURN YOUR SCOREBOARD ON EARLY
Turning your scoreboard on way before its game time will let you spot your scoreboard's issues before they become your issues. 99% of gameday scoreboard stress comes from finding out you have an issue 10 minutes before your game starts. Early detection leads into tip number 2.

Number 2: CALL SOLID IMMEDIATELY IF YOU HAVE ISSUES
Here at Solid we are manning the phones from 7am-7pm, 7 days a week, please call us at 03 9708 2992 and leave a message if our lines are busy. When the issue is happening is the best time to fault find. We can fix and prevent issues quicker and easier if we are watching it happen with you, rather than hearing about it next Thursday.
