Did your PlayHQ score data JUST STOP flowing?
This is fix applies to Scoreboards that have had PlayHQ flowing earlier in the day
- No PlayHQ scores appearing on your scoreboard? (or Frogbox)
- You've already gone to www.playhq.com and checked your game online?
- The scores online are also NOT updating
- What device is the "Scorer" using? Laptop, tablet, phone?
- On that device you need to reset the internet connection!
Even if the internet is already connected.
Follow these easy steps
- Turn OFF the wifi
- You CAN still score offline. You will NOT lose your scores doing this.
- To double-check. We are talking about the Scorer's device. NOT the scoreboard PC.
- Wait about 10 seconds
- Turn ON the wifi again
- Almost immediately you should see scores updating (on the Scoreboard & online)
- Call Solid on 03 9708 2992 if you have no luck
We can login to your scoreboard PC and diagnose further.
